Ascension Teachings – The Original Memory
We recorded these tapes during November 1996 at a beautiful secluded cottage in mid Wales, in the womb of nature. The recordings took place within a shrine, a room bathed in light and sacred objects.
At various times in the recording you can hear the crackles of the fire. We hope this will act to draw you even deeper into the experience and not distract you.
All the information is spoken by ‘Sharon’ from a a conscious trance state deeply connected to Source. As you listen know that you are receiving information on many levels of your being. Words simply act as vessels for energy.
At the end of each section you may feel drawn to rest. Take as much time as you need to completely come round. Over the next few days be gentle with yourself, listening in as to what you need to fully integrate this information.
We recommend that when listening to these recordings you take the time you need to create a nurturing environment around you. Choose the time to be away from the distractions of the outside world so you can have all your energy available and present for this journey – here – now. This is a time for you to connect ever more deeply with your self.
Bathe the room in your own energy. Place around you objects sacred to you. That which connects you to your essence . . . to Source. Then place yourself within this shrine.
Allow your body to find its natural comfort in this moment and breathe deeply into your belly, letting the breath fill and nurture your whole being.
Call in all energy which is you – being present with your emotions. All of you is welcome to share in this experience.
When you are fully relaxed and present in your body, begin the recording.
These recordings were initially released as a series of five cassettes. We recommend that you listen to these recordings in sequence, particularly if you have had little or no connection before with information on the Ascension, as this will allow your journey into new realms to move with more ease and grace.
The manuscript mentioned within these recordings – ‘things i have known – the story of personal healing and its relationship with the big picture’ – has naught yet been publicly released.
